Scores for Gardens is an interdisciplinary research-based study group founded by Copenhagen-based performer and theater maker Katrine Elise Leth Nielsen, Berlin-based performance artist Juan Felipe Amaya González and Amsterdam-based curator and writer Angeliki Tzortzakaki.
Since 2019 SfG has been working in self-organised collective structures at the intersection of theory, gardening, and performing arts.
Scores for Gardens proposes, embraces and enacts a garden-thinking-practice that opens new time perspectives and fosters a deep ecological consciousness within the artistic practice. It borrows the symbiotic and organic form of a garden to reflect on the complexity of cross-cultural and remote collaborative artistic work.
As an open-end learning platform, SfG operates with peer-to-peer exchange of tasks and inputs remotely (via digital platforms) and by meetings focusing on the intersection of movement, writing, and voice work.

Scores for Gardens has been in residence in Berlin at Radialsystem in January 2020 and Uferstudios in February 2020.
Scores for the Time Being, May 2020, “New Empathies: far form a distance”  Towards a Possibility of a Garden I. Vibration - notes on touch

Mentor: Matthias Mohr
It has received support by travers (Copenhagen) and Gwaertler Foundation (Basel).
